Rant: - Don't grab my focus !

Okay, this gets on my nerves. I'm opening some programs and I need to enter some passwords, so I start typing my password into a program and 3.. 2.. 1.. I'm looking at firefox and I am now googling half my password !

Am I the only person that gets pissed off with this random grabbing of focus?

I downloaded TweakUI from the windows xp power toys site which has helped, but it still happens and it still annoys me.
