The gmail spam filter: - The Results

Well the results are in and frankly the news is good. From the short time I have been using Google's gmail to spam filter my regular email I have had no false positives and only 1 out of 200 spam emails getting through. When you are paying nothing that cannot be sniffed at.

So if you can place a redirect on your email and you are getting spam, get yourself a spare gmail account and use it to filter the spam. I have even set up the pop delivery on gmail so the email just arrives in my inbox with no spam. Life on the web is good again :)
